Insurance
Prior to storage in any wet slip 12' X 32' or smaller, all boats must have a minimum of $500,000 liability insurance, and Campbell Point Marina must be listed as additional name insured. On slips larger than 12' X 32', we require a minimum liability of $1,000,000 with Campbell Point Marina listed as additional name insured.
Lease & Termination
All first-year leases are subject to a one-year minimum. All leases are assumed to be renewed unless you notify the office in writing 30 days prior to the renewal date.
